About Us
We’re two food enthusiasts who started with one simple frustration: why is it so hard to find high-protein snacks that are not protein bars, not protein shakes, and not the same old chicken breasts?
One of us began lifting more often and lived on protein bars from online shops. Most days, a 7-Eleven chicken breast rode around in her bag and was forgotten. Over time she realised many bars, while high in protein, can be heavy on saturated fat. Breakfast did not feel great, and it did not feel sustainable.
The other is a climber who later got into gym training. A coach introduced protein shakes, but his real love was cured meats and jerky. Curiosity turned into kitchen experiments and R&D, with a goal to make a snack where every ingredient is familiar and real.
After months of tinkering and countless taste tests with family and friends, arthur’s jerky was born.
What we believe
High protein should be easy. For busy mornings, post-workout, or late-night bites.
Ingredients you recognise. Pantry-style, straightforward, and transparent.
