What types of jerky do you offer?

We currently offer two flavours: Original and Shoyu. All our jerky is made from whole-muscle, lean beef round with no artificial preservatives. We’re keen to explore new flavours and ingredients (including non-meat options). Have an idea? Drop us a message. We’d love to explore it with you.

What kind of meat do you use?

We use whole-muscle, lean beef round, which means less fat and more protein per serving. We’re also exploring non-beef bases. Got an idea? Message us!

Do you use artificial additives?

No. We keep things simple with pantry-style ingredients you can buy at local supermarkets, and we don’t add preservatives to our jerky. Some pantry items we use (like soy sauce) may contain permitted stabilisers or flavourings from the manufacturer.

Is your jerky halal or kosher?

Not at the moment. However, we don’t use any ingredients with pork lard or alcohol in our jerky.

Where is the jerky made?

In Singapore. We’re a home-based small batch outfit. We prep, marinate, and dry each batch here for freshness.

Do you have nutrition information?

Yes. Our nutrition panel comes from lab tests done by independent, accredited lab. We’ll keep sending our jerky for testing to make sure it meets our standards.

How long does shipping take?

We typically process orders within 1-2 business days. Shipping within Singapore usually takes 2-3 business days via standard delivery.

How should I store my jerky?

Before opening: Store sealed in a cool, dry place away from sunlight. Best enjoyed within 1 month.
After opening: Reseal the original pouch tightly and refrigerate. Enjoy as soon as possible.

Arthur's note: We’ve kept packs in a non-airtight container (and occasionally left the box unlidded) for a few months and they were still fine. However, for best quality and safety, please follow the guidance above and always check before eating. If you notice an off smell, unusual colour, or texture, do not consume.

Do you offer bulk orders or wholesale pricing?

Yes! We offer special pricing for bulk orders and wholesale customers. Please contact us directly to discuss your needs and pricing options.

Can I subscribe or set up a regular order?

We don’t have subscriptions yet. If you’d like a monthly top-up, message us and we’ll sort out a simple manual schedule.

What is your return policy?

We want you to love your jerky. If something isn’t right, please reach out within 7 days of delivery and we’ll fix it. We take every bit of feedback seriously and use it to improve our recipes and create new, better products.

How can I contact customer service?

It’s just the two of us building this on the side. Reach us through the contact form, email, or Instagram DM. We usually reply within 24 hours on business days, often in the evenings. If we’re a little slower sometimes, thanks for bearing with us. We read every message.
