What types of jerky crisps do you offer?
We make beef crisps and chicken crisps, each in two flavours, Original and Shoyu, in 30g and 100g packs. All our jerky crisps are made with no artificial preservatives. We also offer a beef taster duo and a chicken taster duo (one 30g Original and one 30g Shoyu). We’re keen to explore new flavours and ingredients. Have an idea? Drop us a message. What kind of meat do you use?
Our beef crisps are sliced from whole-muscle, lean beef round. Our chicken crisps are thin-sliced from lean chicken breast.
Do you use artificial additives?
No. We keep things simple with pantry-style ingredients you can buy at local supermarkets, and we don’t add preservatives to our jerky crisps. Some pantry items we use (like soy sauce) may contain permitted stabilisers or flavourings from the manufacturer.
Are your jerky crisps halal or kosher?
Not at the moment. However, we don’t use any ingredients with pork lard or alcohol in our jerky crisps.
Where are the jerky crisps made?
In Singapore. We’re a home-based small batch outfit. We prep, marinate, and dry each batch here for freshness.
Do you have nutrition information?
Yes. Our nutrition panel comes from lab tests done by independent, accredited lab. We’ll keep sending our jerky crisps for testing to make sure it meets our standards.
When will my order arrive?
Because our jerky crisps are made in small batches, production typically takes 6 - 8 days. Shipping then takes 2 - 3 business days, so you can usually expect your order to arrive in about 7 - 10 days.
We ship within Singapore only. Shipping is $2.50, and it’s free on orders from $40!
How should I store my jerky crisps?
Before opening: Store sealed in a cool, dry place away from sunlight. Best enjoyed within 3 months of manufacture.
After opening: Reseal tightly and refrigerate; enjoy within 7 days of opening.
Always check before eating: if you notice an off smell, unusual colour or texture, do not eat it.
Do you offer bulk orders or wholesale pricing?
Yes! We offer special pricing for bulk orders. Please contact us directly to discuss your needs and pricing options.
Can I subscribe or set up a regular order?
We don’t have subscriptions yet. If you’d like a monthly top-up, message us and we’ll sort out a simple manual schedule.
What is your return policy?
We want you to love your jerky crisps. If something isn’t right, please reach out within 7 days of delivery and we’ll fix it. We take every bit of feedback seriously and use it to improve our recipes and create new, better products.
How can I contact customer service?
It’s just the two of us building this on the side. Reach us through the contact form, email, or Instagram DM. We usually reply within 24 hours on business days, often in the evenings. If we’re a little slower sometimes, thanks for bearing with us. We read every message.
